"Bad experience"4 years ago I bought SHAW'S laminate flooring for my house at CRT Flooring, where the warranty for the floors was of 10 years and lifetime on installation, during the past 3 years my floors have peak, and deteriorating in a speed manner. They were not able to fix it at all. Anyway Paula has been very good with me in this matter, but it has been out of her hands.
