Help when you need it
I can't say enough for all the employees at Daves Ultimate. I had a problem with my vehicle on my way to work. i called daves, they had me towed in with the wrecker, when i got there they took me to work, called me just after i got to work, to tell me all i needed was a battery. picked me up at lunch, and had me ready to go back to work. Simple, honest! Don't need anything more. Thanks Dave, and thanks to the entire staff on SOCO!

After experiencing the quality of care from this shop, I wouldn't dream of taking my vehicles anywhere else. No guessing and worrying.... They diagnosed my Jeep, gave a guesstimated charge and either I wanted it fixed, or not!! Pretty simple to me! I didn't have to wait forever for turnaround time and was back on the road in no time. They not only fixed it, but it was actually fixed right! Have been to them a couple of times for different issues as well, but have always received the same quality of business each time I have been. Michelle and the entire staff are awesome!
I have an old 2003 Hyundai Tiburon which I love, but is requiring a lot of repair lately. Michelle gives her full attention whether she is on the phone with you or in the shop. She kindly explains the repairs needed and your options. Her professionalism and calm demeanor leave you feeling confident about the service you will receive and the guys follow up with timely, experienced work. Also, the shuttle service takes the worry out of how to get there and back home. Michelle is the bomb!

I pulled into Dave's upon a co-workers recommendation. As you may be aware, you still have to be careful of recommendations. I did do research online, saw all the great reviews and decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did, they got me checked in, gave me a shuttle ride to work, called me with a complete estimate, finished the work on time, as promised, picked me up from work, discussed their VIP program, which goes without saying! Great Job Dave's and the entire staff. Suggestion: Get the newspaper to read while waiting? I love the paper!!!!
