Dennis jewelry store has provided design and repair services to San Antonio for 70 years. The store decor is warm and welcoming. The stone columns and wood panels erase the intimidating feel most jewelry stores have. Sales people are helpful and friendly, not pushy.

I completely disagree with the last person's review of Dennis Jewelry. When I walked in Moretti's Jewelry store they treated me like I was intruding and if I had to ask a price I surely could not afford it! At Dennis I felt very at ease in a relaxed hill country type atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and down to earth. I would purchase from them again and feel like I can really trust what they are telling me. Recently I took items to be appraised by their gemologist and was very pleased with her level of professionalism and knowledge. I highly recommend this jewelry store!!!!

I visited Dennis Jewelers because I was in the market for a very particular Rolex. From the moment I walked in, I was treated as though I had no business there and couldn't afford anything in the place. I wasn't dressed poorly, but the only attention I received while in the store was from the security officer who looked me up and down and watched my every move. When I finally approached a salesman and informed him of my desire to purchase a Rolex, he reluctantly walked over to the selection and continued to act bothered while showing me the various styles.

On that same day, I visited Moretti's Fine Jewelry, just across the highway. What a wonderful experience that was. The sales staff even made a note of the Rolex I wanted and called me to come view it when it came into their shop.

I've visited both Dennis and Moretti's numerous times since, just to see what kind of response I receive from the staff. My experience that day is representative of the service I always receive at both stores. Dennis Jewelers is always snobby and bothered by clients, while Moretti's is always eager to please.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT DENNIS JEWELERS!!

This is a super fabulous business with high praise. I have taken many items to them over the last 30 years and have always been pleased with the finished product. This time they outdid themselves though. We had a necklace and earring set designed from two different heirloom pieces and it was magnificent workmanship.

I took a family heirloom diamond to be mounted by them that had been in the family 60 years. After 6 months the diamond cracked at the mounting sites. When I asked them to repair it they said it broke because of the user, not the mounting. I told them that they would lose my business and they said there are plenty of other customers in San Antonio.
