This location is great by Clark B. at InsiderPages
I have been going here for about four months and it is a great downtown gym. It is spotless thanks to Jorge, never overly crowded and usually convenient. I say usually because they have parking agreements with the hotel next door. When being sold the membership I was told that parking was always available there but three times they have turned me away and I didn't work out. Your other options are to pay at he city garage or find a meter, good luck in downtown. But, other than that it is great. Also, if you are looking for a trainer I have been training with Brandon for about three months and am really seeing results. My membership also allows me to use other clubs in the city. I have used the Prue road one and it is a dump. So, if you are looking for a downtown club, this is the one. If looking for one near I10 and Huebner, look elsewhere, the Prue road place it absolutely horrid.

Love It!!!!
We're members of the Rogers Ranch club but also have access to this club, my husband works downtown and uses this club at least twice a week, he loves the location because he's able to walk to the club, work out and grab a bite on the way back. I use the RR location and it's so awesome to have access to both clubs and feel we're getting out moneys worth. He says the club is clean, beautiful and the staff is welcoming, it's a nice get away for him during the day.

Great Locker Rooms!
I recently joined Spectrum Downtown; I just cancelled my membership from another club, and I was amazed at the difference! The biggest thing I noticed were all of the amenities in the locker rooms. I used to have to take my hair dryer, flat iron, hair spray, shampoo, conditioner, etc., but not anymore. Spectrum offeres all of these things plus the towel service. Since I work Downtown, I just walk over to the club during lunch and it's quick and easy. However, if I do want to drive, they do offer complimentary parking, which is a nice option. I'm so glad I made the switch!

Beautiful club geared to the working crowd
The design and style of this clubt reminds me of a New York City Club. Equpment is top of the line and classes are designed for the downtown business crowd. It has a great weight room and lots of cardio machines. The cycle classes are wonderful! My husband uses this club more than I do, because he works down town. I tend to use the HCV club. That's one of the great things about our Spectrum membership, it includes membership at eight different clubs located all over San Antonio.

Perfectly located health club for the Downtown workforce
My job transfered me to the Downtown area of San Antonio. I used to live in the Boerne are in which I worked out at the Boerne athletic club. I needed a new club to work out at but after being spoiled at my last club I new it would be a hard task to satisfy me. I purshased a membership to the new Spectrum club in Downtown which is probably the coolest club I have ever seen and I was not dissapointed at all from the friendly staff and towel service to the social scene and overall cleanliness. Specturm kept the Downtown history in tact with the brick walls inside that give the club a nostolgic personality and inviting feel.

I am a busy executive that needs to get in and out when I work out and this club makes it very easy as there are never any lines on equipment and they have a great staff of trainers who I hire on occasion (that have 30 minute sessions available).

One last thing I really like about this club is it offers individual flat screens on most of the cardio equipment which really helps me get a good workout and eliminates boredom.
