What Happened
I have been going to Grant St. for years and have told many of my friends about this place.
I ordered a 20" pepperoni pizza to go and when I got it home I was not impressed. It seems they have forgotten how to make a pizza from New York. Not only was it cold after a 10 minute ride to my home, but it seemed like the toppings had evaporated.
There was hardly any sauce or cheese on the pizza. The pizzas that I have always gotten before were always covered with sauce and cheese and greasy (Like A New York Style Pizza Should Be). It looks like Grant St. has become just another crappy pizza joint. I guess I will have to search for another place to get pizza from.
YOU CAN BET I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS TO START SEARCHING ALSO.

Delicious by Paul S. at InsiderPages
Well I can say there is some great pizza in Texas. We ordered two pies. Pepperoni and extra cheese for the boys and my wife and I had the vegetable pizza. Both were extremely tasty and the boys loved the all you can drink soda. I did not have a sub, but the folks next to us had them and they looked large and good.Check these folks out if you are in the neighborhood.

Pizza Hut has more flavor than this
Tasteless, boring pizza. Yuck! I was disappointed, because I really love pizza especially small locally owned pizzarias. We need more in San Antonio.

terrible customer service.
Reviews from 2002 are correct. This food here was excellent. The pizza was delicious and the wings were the best I had ever tried. The customer service has become increasingly terrible. The place is understaffed regularly on the busiest nights, Fridays and Saturdays. People have to wait even longer on those nights for their orders. The place gets hot with the pizza ovens and gets pretty cramped and crowded since the place is fairly small. Its too bad there are so many cons. As much as the food is good, I won't ever go back there because the customer service is terrible and the waitstaff is rude.
