I trusted that they were honest, being a major dealership. They said they were going to do a hundred point check to make sure every thing was in working order. It was a lie. for two weeks they did no repairs, but added 150 miles. The transmission slips at first they denied it. So I took it to a transmission specialist who verified that there is a problem. I took it back to IPAC Chrysler and spoke to the salesman Chris Cueva who turned it over to the sales manager Johnny Sias, who said ( it runs) after raising a ruckus they agreed to have one of their mechanics test drive it with me. He said it was the motor mounts. so they made me pay another $250.00. that had on effect. So I took the car to Bring your own parts mechanic shop. I wanted to check if they had replaced the motor mounts, which they had. they pointed out the rear maim seal leak which will cost $1,000.00 to fix, the break job will cost $660.00. The windshield leak, but put the wrong weather strip which immediately started to come off. the air conditioner has a leak and does not cool, haven't yet checked what that will cost. They are ruthless ,rip offs, thieves. Stay away from them.
