When I was studying at UTSA, It's a Grind was one of my favorite places to go and study. The coffee and pastries were reasonably priced and the atmosphere was prone to productivity. I just wish it was a bit bigger, space was hard to come by during finals.

I live just around the corner and eat at It's A Grind every morning, I love their iced mocha and every Feature Drink as they call it they have. Their Breakfast ranges from fresh baked muffins and scones to breakfast sandwiches and yogurt parfaits, I have had them all and am partial to the parfait and croissant sandwiches. I also enjoy the Jazz that they have almost every friday night. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for something more than Starbucks.

I work around the block from It's a Grind. It has a great atmosphere and comfortable seating with wifi. On friday nights they have Jazz music. It's wonderful, worth a visit. Coffee and Desserts are good for after dinner. Cons: Nothing for lunch or breakfast really.
