My neice recommended the Stone Oak location. I am so glad she did. The service is great. Their attention to detail about the color and cut is soooooooo professional. I feel relaxed and look great after each appt.

I love my stylist Anna B. Whenever I go in to see her I know I don't have to worry like at so many other places. She really knows her stuff. I usually have long hair that goes down to the middle of my back, but she has hacked off over ten inches and even then I knew I didn't have to worry. I can't speak for the management of the establishment since I've never had to deal with them. I arrive for my appt. , Anna is always punctual and sweet as pie and then I leave happy with her work. You don't tip at this salon, so even though the hair cut may seem pricey the omission of a tip makes it come out either the same or cheaper than other places i've gone. And remember you can't put a price on peace of mind!

I went to K Charles because a friend had suggested it, she has amazing hair so I figured I would try it out! Im an avid aveda user and i had high expectations. As soon I walked in the door of the salon, I was blown away, it was just beautiful and seemed so "aveda". They high end feel was there, but it was relaxed,just right... I got my hair cut and I finaly caved and got highlights, and I have never had better hair in my life! It seems like a daily occurance that I get compliments on my hair, I am SO thrilled with it! I reccomend this salon to any and everyone! I even got a free hand massage, that was wonderful! Try K Charles now! You wont regret it. !

Ive been going to K Charles for about a year now, I stumbled across it one day not long after I moved here. That was the luckiest day of my life! I have my "Dream hair" now, I never thought I could love my hair this much, its the perfect color and my cut suits my face so perfectly! Of all the times ive been there, ive never seen anything but beautiful hair!
I also recently started getting facials there as well, they are amazing! Best facials ive ever had!
All the employees have been so warm and welcoming everytime ive been there. I look forward to each appointment! K Charles had made me so happy!

i absolutely LOVED this salon!! they offer a variety of added services such as mini hand massages and lip treatments. i have never expierienced any salon like this one. They do a facilitation program in which you see more than one person, i think that is a brilliant idea. It helps me to get in when i need and my stylist still overlooks the whole thing. I would definetly recommend this salon to everyone. They have three convient locations, Stone Oak, Broadway, and Spring Branch!!!!
