We are looking to buy a house in one single subdivision in our area and therefore have a very limited selection available. Our agent didn't seem to be on their game for finding a house, or at least we weren't their priority. So, we looked ourselves. We had to bring to our agent's attention every house we've looked at so far. Most recently, the last house I requested to see was on the market for less than a week, however, before our agent became available it was already under contract. Because of this we have terminated our relationship and are looking for an agent who is strongly motivated to show us properties when they are first on the market and available for purchase.

Every one in this real estate firm is incredibly friendly and very knowledgable. They were so very helpful and I had a great experience working with them.‎
