I've had some plumbing issues and we'd been looking for a plumber. I found this website and read all the reviews. Rolands had no negative reviews so we set up an appt. They certainly lived up to their reviews. Abel took the time to explain the repairs...wonderful customer service. He also shared some valuable advise on future plumbing purchases. Their services were reasonably priced. I know who I'll call for any plumbing issues.

Abel and Luis can diagnose a problem in no time, and get the problem resolved quick and easy. Even there helper Nathan showed great skill in his work., and assisted greatly in helping get the job done quicker and correctly.

All in all this is one company that truely has it all. Great service, great skill, and great prices.

We are new to San Antonio and had no idea of who to call for plumbing needs. Luckily, we called Roland's. Luis and Angel arrived the same day that we called. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in fixing our problem. Within a short period of time, they had diagnosed the problem and were working to resolve. There isn't anyone else to call if you need a plumber in the San Antonio area.

I used city search to find a plumber near our home with a high rating. Roland's Plumbing was not only rated highly, but they proved why. Their technicians are very sharp and honest. They will not try to sell anything more than what you need, however they will make sure you do not get anything less than you deserve. This is a guideline that every company should go buy. I have worked in sales before, so I know when extras are coming, however I was pleasantly surprised to see they used the same approach to sales and service as myself. Hopefully, I will not need to use a plumber again anytime soon, but if I have to, I will make sure it's Roland's Plumbing. Highly Recommended!!!!

I usually do my own plumbing, but I injured myself trying to fix this one, and ended up having to call Roland's. I'm glad I did. They weren't just polite, they were NICE. I talked to Roland, explained what the issue was, and he had someone out to my home within a half hour. He also had me laughing and smiling again before I got off the phone. Their rates were very reasonable, and they had the water main reconnected in less than an hour. This has been frustrating me for days, but I was still smiling after I paid the bill.
Louis was the plumber that actually came out, and he was a sweetheart. He didn't mind my daughter buzzing curiously around him or me and my husband watching the work. He held a conversation with us while he and his assistant fixed the pipes like they'd seen the exact same thing a million times before.
I've already added their number to my phone book, both on and offline, and if you ever need your plumbing fixed, these are the guys to call. I've already recommended them to my parents, and I'm willing to recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem.
I'm never fixing my own plumbing again. I'm just calling Roland.
