162 Davis Court Renovation

Complete renovation was done from floors, electrical, HVAC, painting, floors, kitchens and one of the bathrooms. After SA Building completed the 1930 English Tudor it was on the Historical Home tours with before and after pictures of the house. Everyone was blown away with the changes. Basically the house had become a haven for the homeless and had been empty for over 5 years. Great experience with Rudy Nino.
