This place is a scam. They quote you a price then get out there and then drop the bomb. Told me a rekey would be like 17.00 per lock, and s service call of 19.00. Well get this, they get out there and say they can't do it without a key!!! What a joke they are a LOCKSMITH!! He said he had to access the property and it cost me $65. Then he said it was going to cost me $200 do rekey two doors. I have been in property management for 6 yrs and have never heard of this. Our locksmith here accesses properties everyday without a key and rekeys without having to replace the whole cylinder. They only charge us like $65 to access, rekey and make 4 new keys. So who is the PROFESSIONAL LOCKSMITH here. Obviously not one who is going to charge someone $200 to rekey two doors. And to top it all off, you have to send them your credit card authorization via fax so no matter what, you are screwed. They tell you one thing on the phone and then another once they get your credit card information. I could have drove to San Antonio myself and put whole new locks in and drove back and it wouldn't have cost me $200.
