We are a military family that have moved frequently, thus we have used three different orthodontists. While all were courteous and professional, Stone Oak Orthodontics have been the best by far in care, value, professionalism and flexibility. Despite an office full of patients, Dr. Norris and his staff has taken the time to adequately explain issues, treatments and surgeries without making us feel rushed or unsure of where our treatments were going--especially with surgery. After talking, questioning, requestioning, etc., we made our decisions with confidence thanks to him and his staff. Rarely, if ever, are the appointments off schedule either. The staff works hard is always efficient and timely.
There is always understanding with treatment and well as with scheduling. Dr. Norris and his staff followup with patients outside of regular appts. --Also important is that Dr. Norris his staff are always upbeat, smiling and engaging. Unlike some other businesses, I have never encoutered anyone there "having a bad day". Customer/patient service is a top priority and it shows from beginning to end. Addtionally, Dr. Norris always keeps the kids at ease as he discusses their treatment plans.
I cannot recommend this practice enough. You will not be disappointed. You/your children will receive the best care available. I do not have any complaints about the other orthodonists we have used (all out of state) , but after being with Stone Oak Ortho, I could never go anywhere else. This practice sets the bar for excellence on every level.

Let me start out by saying that three out of four members of my family have completed orthodontic treatment at Stone Oak Orthodontics under the outstanding care of Dr. Tito Norris and his staff. During a recently dental examination, it was determined I would need braces to provide sufficient room for some new crowns. I know a number of adults who have had great success as patients of Stone Oak Orthodontics. Before the end of my inital appointment, I knew this would the practice I would select. The examination was very thorough and Dr. Norris took time to explain the process. The staff was very professional as well as courteous. Now that I am nearing the end of my treatment, I am even more convinced this was the right decision. I was apprehensive to be wearing braces as a professional businessman. However I have had no problems whatsoever. The staff was always prepared for my appointments so very little time was spent in the waiting room. Dr. Norris is very skilled in his ability to move the teeth to thier proper position. The chairside professionals were always pleasant and kept me informed of my progress. I would recommend Stone Oak Orthodontics to anyone considering braces.‎

I've had something (retainer or otherwise) in my mouth since I was five, and have had braces for 8 years - all with a previous orthodontist. We went to Dr. Norris for a second opinion, and he noticed immediately that my teeth not matching was a direct result of my jaw structure. He explained all of my different options, and the resulting long-term effects. But he recommended surgery on my jaw, because braces weren't ever going to correct the problem. When I decided to go through with the surgery, the staff helped to arrange and coordinate treatment with the surgeon's office. Throughout the whole process, both before and after the surgery, the entire staff has taken great care of me. From letting me talk to another patient who had gone through the same surgery, to being careful and understanding afterwards through the recovery process, they've been so encouraging.
