I have been going to Toni and Guy for 15 years and would never go anywhere else! I love their S Factor products but most of all I love my colorist MELINDA!!! She rocks! Not only do I look like a million bucks when I leave but we have tons of FUN while I am there!

Worst haircut of my life. At the so-called stylist's request I offered to be a model. He butchered my hair to the point that I have to go to another salon to see if they can possibly repair any of the damage done. Unfortunately, he left very little hair to work with - especially at the crown WHERE YOU CAN SEE MY SCALP!! No apologies, no offer from the Toni and Guy Salon to try to camouflage the mess. I will never go back there again and I am spreading the word to everyone to stay away.

I LoVE ToNI & GUY.. I BEEN A CUSToMER(MORE LIKE FAMILY) FoR 7 YEARS AND IVE ALWAYS HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE.. I STARTED GoING To THE INGRAM LoCATIoN THEN I TRANSFERED To THE N.STAR LoCATIoN WHEN IT WAS oPENNED IN 2002.. I BEEN THERE EVER SINCE AND I DoNT PLAN ON LEAVING.. THEY MAKE ME FEEL LIKE FAMILY FROM LoRESSA CoNTRERAS{No LoNGER THERE) TO ART, MAYRA,NATALIA, KAT, AND MELINDA LoVE YOU GUYS

I love Toni & Guy as a brand; very cool and stylish. From what I'm used to with regards to Toni & Guy from visiting their locations in other cities though, the San Antonio location at North Star Mall is very disappointing. More specifically, I recently showed up on time for my scheduled appointment, they tell me the stylist is not ready and that they'll call me on my cell phone in 20 minutes, they call back 40 minutes later, tell me they are going to put me with another stylist, and expect me to keep waiting. I don't honestly know how anyone can expect to stay in business and maintain a profitable client base when they treat people like this. Until they figure out how to schedule an appointment, keep an appointment, and put better management in place, I would recommend going some place else. From reading past reviews though, this seems like a problem that's been around for a while, and is not going away anytime soon.

I had an appointment and they still took about 30 minutes before they got to me. Finally, when my turn finally came the hair washers did not make me feel welcomed- they had conversations between themselves (talking bad about other customers and the people they work with). Also, when my hair was getting cut, it about 1 hour and a half and within that hour and half, my hair cut lady kept talking to other hair stylists. It just took too long. Nobody wants to sit in a chair for that long. I know she was most likely working slow to give me the perfect cut, but she just kept talking to everyone around her and leaving me in my chair. I went in there, expecting to leave within 30 mins at the most, and that extra hour was just toooo long.
