I called JJ's and was given a time Julie ended up showing up a little earlier and took her time to clean our carpet. She did a good job on it. Better than using the big carpet cleaning companies. "Stolen Jewelry"My apartment complex hired this company to clean my carpets while I was out of town and when I got back from vacation all of my very expensive jewelry had been stolen and they had locked my cat in the bathroom ( also where my jewelry was) for 2 days.
