The design and price were good. The actual builders were sloppy, used bad timber, and spit several boards during construction. The owner actually came to my house and said all the split boards I identified were merely surface cracks. The owner did however send a different finisher to my home. Why I was staining the deck, two of the boards with "surface" cracks broke and had to be replaced.
