"Terrible customer service & EXPENSIVE alterations!"Don't go here. "ruined suit pants"I took a pair of suit pants for cleaning and the pants came back to me with some small holes in the fabric that made them , and therefore the entire suit, unwearable. It was a $500 Ralph Lauren suit and the manager, who used the word "honestly, 15+ times in our short conversation, pretty much denied any culpability. So I'm S.O.L. and my suit is ruined.....
