Unprofessional Staff
I have tried calling the store to speak w/the Manager but that phone has been busy for 6 days. For over 2 years, I have been a customer and have witnessed the unprofessional attitude that the staff has towards the customers. If you forget to bring in your ticket, beware, they go off on the deep end. Especially Jennifer. The other girl has no respect for elderly customers either as I witnessed how she spoke to an elderly woman. These staff people should understand that 1) there are other people out there that would love to have a job-their job does not require a brain, as they dont have one anyway. 2) There are MANY other cleaners out there that would love my business
3) I calculated $25 / week for about 45 weeks is $1,125 a year. I know, not much money, but my effort is to persuade EVERYONE to not go to that cleaners until they train their staff to treat customers better.
