Got the sofa on time (damaged), was told love seat had tear and would be shipped a new one "on the priority truck early next week". Was then told (Wednesday of next week) that love seat would arrive the following Monday.....was THEN told (on that Monday) that my love seat was not on the "priority truck", but would be here on the "Thursday"...
