"Simple Rekey"This place is a scam. They quote you a price then get out there and then drop the bomb. Told me a rekey would be like 17.00 per lock, and s service call of 19.00. Well get this, they get out there and say they can't do it without a key!!! What a joke they are a LOCKSMITH!! He said he had to access the property and it cost me $65. Then he said it was going to cost me $200 do rekey two doors....

"Fantastic Customer Service"I called on a Sunday to have a lock repaired and he told me he'd come out within an hour. After two hours of not hearing from him, I called to check on the status. He said he had come by and I hadn't answered my phone - turns out my ringer was off! Whoops. He came out again a second time and fixed the lock in about 20 minutes. Great service. I'd highly recommend this company.

"Avoid if you have your own key blanks"They wanted $20 to make a key if you had your own blank. They claimed the blank was stainless steel even though, if you scratched it, you could see the brass under the nickle coating. It is true that a stainless steel key can damage the cutting tool, but the motorcycle key, that I got on the internet was not stainless steel like they claimed. I went elsewhere and paid $2 to have the key...
