"No stars"I couldn't get past the rudeness of the scheduler. After I had already talked to and confirmed my move twice, I rec'd a message that threatened that if I did NOT call back, I would be removed from the schedule. How many confirmations does it take to avoid a threat? Surely there's another moving company in town that recognizes the value of the customer.
