"Poor service and bedside manner"I went to Dr. Haro for neck pain, but was extremely disappointed. I could never get through to the receptionist and always had to leave messages and play phone tag with her to make an appointment. The office staff is rather stupid and won't even call in a prescription for you. I always had to wait at least 20 minutes and more likely an hour and sometimes more to see the doctor or the PA....
