"horrible customer service"it's a shame, such good pizza but very unprofessional on the phone. called and asked what time they closed and response was "when we run out of pizza", asked if maybe in an hour(the time was 8:10 on a fri. night) and response was "we could close in 30 min. or in 1 hour". just wanted a specific time as to when they closed. authentic new york pizza, and authentic new york attitude.

"A year can make a difference"I noticed it has been over a year since the last review has been written. This was my first visit. The cashier had no change so customers were having to resort to debit/credit. The root beer was empty on the dispenser. The selection of chips were at a minimum. It took me 35 minutes to recieve a 6" hot sicilian sub. It did not appear to be the cleanliest of places. Sub not worth the wait....
