"UNETHICAL BUSINESS "Because of the home warranty program I bought, we were forced to use Pope Plumbing. The job was never done correctly the first time....and that is not an exageration. The last time Pope Plumbing came out to repair a hot water heater, the same heater leaked and caused a couple thousand dollars of damage. After that, I called my own plumber to make repairs.

Basically, there are three issues: (1) When I was told the estimation is free, it is just kind of cheating. When the estimation was done, I was told that I either use the service, or I have to pay $108 "diagnostic" fee, which is not covered by the "free estimation".
