"Call a local guy instead"Fox told us that we needed to replace our A/C four years ago, but I decided to get a second opinion so I called an A/C guy that is independant (Mr.Cool). He told us our unit was perfectly fine and that he could easily fix it. He did, and we are happy four years later. I wouldn't trust Fox. They are too expensive and try to get more money out of you. The local guys are much better.

"rip off"My heater was making a burning smell when it kicked on, but it still ran. Cove Plumbing came out to look at it and give us a quote. They put in some fuses and charged 135.00. They werent even here an hour. Later that evening the heater just quit running.
