"Anything you need"I used to live about a block from Home Depot and some days I found myself there twice a day. Now, though, I have to plan out my visits, so it's even more fun. Kind of like a kid on Christmas morning. "Service Stinks‎"I have been trying to get a quote on counter tops and no one ever calls me back.They came out to measure over a week ago and when I call only one person can help me and she is never there.I call customer service and am left on indefinite hold.What is amazing is this store never has anyone in it and the employees are not knowledgeable at all.The Lakeway store is so much better.Pretty sad I live...

"Home Installation - 6 months and counting‎"We signed a contract for a bathroom remodel on Feb 28, 2009. A 3 day install was finally finished on June 6th. Floor Pro Network (FPN) was the installer and they are seriously flawed. Poor communication, poor management, poor scheduling. HD agreed to a refund on July 1st 2009. As of today (6 weeks later), there are more delays and still no refund. I HIGHLY suggest finding somewhere else to get...
