"Love this place!"I've been going here for years. If they can't order something they can make it! They do tons of beautiful custom work. And oh my! The stuff they keep in the store is incredible. Some of it is WAY out of my price range (last time I was there they had a massive 6 figure yellow diamond ring among others!) but they always make a point of having something in every price range.

"Poor quality, poor service"I took a family heirloom diamond to be mounted by them that had been in the family 60 years. After 6 months the diamond cracked at the mounting sites. When I asked them to repair it they said it broke because of the user, not the mounting. I told them that they would lose my business and they said there are plenty of other customers in San Antonio.
