"pretty cool"My wife and I bought a sofa and loveseat from this location. The salesperson was Brent. What I really liked was how laid back of a style he had. The guy really knew his product and was very informed. Every other furniture store we have ever been to we have had salespeople smother us. This salesperson made us feel very comfortable. I even asked to speak to a manager and the young man on the other end just put me on hold again. He refused to help me and/or allow me to speak to his manager. If this how they behave on the phone they obviousy don't need the business. Poor customer service.
