"No stars"I couldn't get past the rudeness of the scheduler. After I had already talked to and confirmed my move twice, I rec'd a message that threatened that if I did NOT call back, I would be removed from the schedule. How many confirmations does it take to avoid a threat? Surely there's another moving company in town that recognizes the value of the customer. No stars. Try some place else.

"Wilted Flowers Delivered"First, of all, I got subpar flowers. When I called to complain, they argued me down that they were fresh. Fresh flowers can still look like bad, and these did. The arrangement was not cohesive, as the flowers did not even "go" together. I've never had anyone argue with me, when I am looking at something "those flowers are yellow" when I (and my coworkers) can see they are clearly orange.
